Sharitha Mckenzie

Sharitha joins the Grant counseling team after 8 years as a School Counselor at Jefferson HS (PPS). While earning her Masters at Lewis & Clark she interned at:Tubman Young Women Academy, Franklin HS, Earl Boyle Elementary and Jefferson HS. Prior to becoming a school counselor, she worked as a televison news reporter.

She is passionate about promoting equity in education and empowering communities of color. Outside of work she enjoys: running, skiing, yoga, coaching track, spending time with her family, eating vegan cuisine & traveling the world with her partner.
